Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You're phenomenal a miracle worker or as my niece would say "you are awesome"! I contacted you in a panic. I needed to sell my home fast! As you know we had a fixer upper that needed a lot of work (i.e. foundation issues broken window holes in the drywall outdated kitchen and baths weeds in the front yard etc.). Life events struck and we were unable to complete the renovation and forced to sell. Somehow within 2 days of listing the property you secured 3 earnest offers with prospective buyers bidding beyond the asking price. I don't believe in luck; I do believe in cause and effect. You knew exactly what to do to attract these potential buyers and I will never know what that is. You worked behind the scenes and applied your vast reservoir of experience to entice them. What was most amazing though your rabbit in the hat trick was the fact that you managed to sell my home in this desperate market in 3 months flat! I don't know how you did it but you are over the top awesome! Your communications are exceptional. You worked closely with the bank and provided them with the never-ending list of documents that they mandated. As well you thoughtfully guided me through every step so I knew exactly what I needed to do when I needed to do it and what process we were in at all times. Finally the DocuSign software made it very easy to sign documents across state lines. A simple thank you undervalues what you did for me and my family. We are overwhelmed. You are the absolute best!

If you don't feel like reading all of this here's the takeaway: my wife and I have a new home a new neighbor (Jennie) and a new friend (Jennie). About eight months ago we began our search for a home in Coppell with the understanding that our search process would be lengthy. When we first met Jennie both of us knew right away that she would be a trusted adviser in our search for a new home. Throughout our initial discussions Jennie took the time to learn what was important to both of us and over the next six months she consistently put us in front of potential homes both on and off the market that were consistent with our priorities. In the seventh month Jennie re-introduced us to a home being sold by the owner in Coppell and we ended up purchasing that home. Ironically eight months earlier Jennie had mentioned this exact home as: coming on the market within the year she knew who the seller was and she thought it would be a good fit for us (Jennie was right). Jennie Payne is a great realtor! She helped me with my purchase of a condo unit in Dallas; this transaction was not usual in any respect but Jennie stayed ahead of the game at every step.
