CRS (Certified Residential Specialist): the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers.
ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative): real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
SRS (Seller Representative Specialist): the premier credential in seller representation.
SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource): agents with advanced ability to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax , and legal professionals who can help them; qualify sellers for short sales; develop a short sale package; negotiate with lenders; limit risk; and protect buyers.
SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist): real estate training aimed at helping buyers and sellers in the 50-plus age range.
CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist): real estates most respected and comprehensive certification enables agents to work successfully with builders and developers when working with buyers building or purchasing new construction.
RCC (Residential Construction Certified): real estates most popular and respected construction certification. Buyers have the added benefit of working with an agent that has the product knowledge they need from a true Residential Real Estate Professional.
